Dead Allofmp3 Reborn As Mp3Sparks.com

Allofmp3 In the last few days the press has been touting the demise of notorious Russian download site allofmp3.com, but it appears the digital service which was so hated by the music industry as to be the subject of international trade talks has simply be reborn as Mp3Sparks.com. Earphones

Just with allofmp3.com, Media Services is listed as the operator and as before, the digital storefront has the look and feel of a traditional download provider with plenty of hit content for sale at a mere 20-30 cents a track. (Coincidentally this the same effective price of tracks on the very legal service eMusic.)

The site also sites similar legal precedents as allofmp3.com:

"The availability over the Internet of the Mp3Sparks.com materials is authorized by the license 31/ZM-07 of the noncommercial partnership Rightholders Federation for Collective Copyright Management of Works Used Interactively (NP FAIR). In accordance to the licenses' terms MediaServices pays license fees for all materials downloaded from the site subject to the Law of the Russian Federation "On Copyright and Related Rights". All these materials are solely for personal use. Any further distribution, resale or broadcasting are prohibited."

Also still operating under similar circumstances is less well known mp3sugar.com.
